Frieze Week 2015
If you're in need of something to do in London this weekend make sure you don't miss Frieze & Frieze Masters both taking place in Regents Park.
Undoubtedly one of the highlights of the international art calendar both shows provide the opportunity to see breath taking art in a beautiful setting.
Highlights at Frieze Masters include:
Old and new juxtaposed at Hauser & Wirth and Moretti Fine Arts stand D1. This is a fine example of Alexander Calder's work.
Visit Daniel Crouch Rare Books to see a huge, impressive map of London! I managed to find the street my office is on - this is just a tiny snap shot of the actual map!
If you are more of a Contemporary Art fan then Frieze may be the best fair for you. Hop on a shuttle bus outside Frieze Masters and you will be delivered outside Frieze in next to no time!
Frieze is more than a little manic, you enter the fair down a dark corridor with chalk boards on the walls and slogans such as "welcome to purgatory" scribbled along the way. This is just a taster of what awaits inside the fair....
Highlights include:
Jenny Holzer at Spruth Magers Gallery
Tracey Emin 'My Favourite Little Bird' at Kim Kukje Gallery
There is plenty more to see and this is only a tiny selection! The fair ends tomorrow so don't miss out!
